My friends and I always look forward to returning to Savaii Lagoon Resort. We love the laid-back atmosphere of this small resort, great swimming , fabulous snorkelling, and having our own comfortable bungalow right on the beach. It’s so much better than all those large impersonal resorts that could be anywhere in the world. The staff are so friendly, the village and resort are clean, and we like the options of cooking for ourselves or eating out. And the blowholes are so much fun – we could throw coconuts and watch them fly high in the air all day long.

Thank you so much for looking after us while we were there on holiday for our friend’s wedding. Tony and Mel are great managers! We so enjoyed the laid-back friendly but professional way you operated. The breakfasts were lovely and your staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend your resort and would love to come back. My friend who works for the Flight Centre in Auckland recommends your resort also. The filter water and restaurant on the beach are definitely a plus.

If you’re looking for the most perfect sunset, hospitable staff and a picturesque beach, Savaii Lagoon Resort is most definitely the place to be! We were greeted warmly on arrival by managers Tony and Melissa - who might I add were wonderfully helpful and very personable throughout our stay. The bungalows were clean and presented beautifully, we had everything we needed. The beach was everything you’d envisage a tropical island would deliver – golden sand, calm, clear water – bliss! After taking a day to drive around the island, I must say there’s something about this beach that was like no other, how lucky we were to literally have it right on our doorstep.
The restaurant has a beautiful aesthetic, right on the beach with friendly and efficient staff. The menu includes traditional and western meals, all of which were delicious and reasonably priced. During our stay we were lucky enough to have a Fiafia night where we were served a buffet meal, followed by a dynamic and extremely entertaining show of traditional Samoan song and dance – this was definitely a highlight...amongst so many highlights! I completely recommend Savaii Lagoon Resort, it was amongst one of my favourite holiday destinations, and we will definitely be back.

Hi Bruce and Margaret, Murray and I have just returned from your beautiful island resort. We both had a great time and both think this is the best holiday we have had. Soo relaxing in a very beautiful part of the world. Everyone was very friendly and being a smaller resort it was more relaxed. The water and the coral so close in was amazing, the glass bottom boat was fantastic, we saw a turtle swimming in the wild. The food in the restaurant was fabulous, I wish I could eat papaya every day. The fish was so fresh each of the meals was appreciated for the freshness. Tony and Melissa were fabulous, it was wonderful to meet such caring and kind people. Overall, I just wanted you to know what an amazing place you have. Thank you. Kind regards, Donna

Savaii Lagoon Resort is just magic and perfect with young kids. We had a seperate bedroom beachfront bungalow and it's perfect for kids. We could put them to sleep and hang out on the beach or go to the restaurant and always be close enough to hear if they woke up and cos its such a small and personal resort with such friendly staff it felt perfectly safe leaving them in the room. In fact the staff were so good, they loved the boys and kept on taking them off our hands so we could just relax and do nothing. The food at the restaurant was awesome and when the boys played up one night they just delivered it to our room and the pizza place across the road was fabulous. Seriously I can't go on about how good this resort was. The beach was sparkling white and water was crystal clear with all little fishes swimming around and with it being the sheltered lagoon so good for the boys to paddle in.

We had the most AMAZING family holiday at your beautiful resort! We felt welcome and couldn't have asked for anything else to make our holiday more incredible... Thank you to Margaret McCallum and Bruce McCallum for making it possible! we will definitely be revisiting!! :)

"Our first night was at the small, intimate Savaii Lagoon at Fagamalo Village. There, we had a beachfront bungalow and could walk directly onto the sandy beach. Managed by a Kiwi couple, they made us most welcome even decorating my bed with "Happy Birthday" in flowers. The resort comprised beachfront and garden bungalows, all with cooking facilities and an enclosed outdoor en suite - showering under the stars was a dream"
